摘要
针对工业上风机故障检测的远程振动信号采集需求,设计了一种基于相关算法的远程振动信号采集方法;STM32F407微控制器使用基频脉冲信号作为相位计算的基准,并使用64倍频脉冲信号作为模数转换的触发源,使振动频率无论如何变化采样频率都始终保持为振动频率的64倍;STM32F407微控制器完成采集后使用相关算法计算幅值和相角并通过SIM900A通信模块直接将结果和振动数据经由GPRS网络传输给上位机。实验表明,该方法可以实现振动信号的高精度远程采集。
In view of the demand of remote vibration signal collection for the fault detection of the industrial fan, a new method based on correlation algorithm was put forward.STM32F407 micro controller calculated the phase using the fundamental frequency pulse signal as reference, and used 64 multiple pulse signal as trigger source of the analog to digital conversion, sampling frequency always maintain for vibration frequency of 64 times even if vibration frequency changes anyway. After the completion of collection, STM32F407 micro controller used correlation algorithm to compute the amplitude and phase, and transmitted the results and vibration data to host computer through GPRS network by the SIMg00A communication module. Experiments show that the method can achieve high precision of vibration signal remote collection.
