DR与MSCT在急症外伤性肋骨骨折诊断应用的比较分析

Comparative Analysis of DR and MSCT in the Diagnosis of Acute Traumatic Rib Fracture

目的:比较DR胸片与多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在诊断急症外伤性肋骨骨折的应用价值及方法。方法:选取肋骨骨折患者100例为研究对象,均行DR胸片及多层螺旋CT扫描,对两种检查方法诊断准确性及应用局限进行对比。结果:100例肋骨骨折患者138处骨折,CT扫描诊断检出率为93.5%(129/138),X线胸片检查诊断检出率为76.1%(105/138),两种检查方法诊断检出率有明显差异。结论:对于外伤肋骨患者,CT的敏感度及检出率明显高于DR胸片,DR及螺旋CT检出均具有明显的优缺点,临床上应结合患者情况,合理利用两种检查方法,才能提高检出率,避免漏诊。

Objective：To compare the value and methods of DR chest X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT） in the diagnosis of acute traumatic rib fracture.Methods：100 patients with rib fracture were selected as the subjects.All the patients underwent DR chest X-ray and multi-slice spiral CT scanning.The diagnostic accuracy and limitations of the two methods were compared.Results：100 cases of rib fractures in patients with fracture,the diagnosis rate of CT scan was 93.5%（129/138）,the diagnostic rate of chest X-ray examination was 76.1%（105/138）,and there was significant difference between the two methods.Conclusions：For patients with traumatic rib,sensitivity and detection rate was significantly higher than that of DR film CT,DR and spiral CT detection has obvious advantages and disadvantages,should be combined with the clinical situation of the patient,the rational use of the two methods,in order to improve the detection rate,to avoid misdiagnosis.
