摘要 目的:探究联合应用高、低频超声在新生儿颅脑疾病中的诊断效果及对新生儿临床治疗影响。方法:选取2014年12月-2016年9月收治的74例高危新生儿临床资料,按照诊断方式的不同分成对照组(37例)与研究组(37例),对照组行MRI诊断,研究组行高、低频超声共同诊断,观察两组诊断特异性、准确性及敏感性及对不同类型颅脑疾病诊断结果。结果:经CT+病理检查确诊对照组37例新生儿具颅脑疾病者27例,正常者10例;研究组分别为28例,9例。研究组特异性及准确性显著高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组诊断颅内出血及缺氧缺血性脑病阳性率较对照组高,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿颅脑疾病采取高低频超声联合诊断能有效提高临床诊断效果,为新生儿临床治疗提供可靠科学参考依据,具临床推广与应用价值。 Objective:To investigate the effect of combined application of high and low frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of neonatal craniocerebral diseases and its influence on neonatal clinical treatment.Methods:74 cases of high risk neonates clinical data was admitted from December 2014 to September 2016,which divided into control group(37 cases) and study group(37 cases) according to the different diagnostic methods.The control group was diagnosed by MRI,and the study group diagnosed by High-frequency,low-frequency ultrasound,then observed diagnostic specificity,accuracy,sensitivity and different types of brain disease diagnosis between two groups.Results:In the control group,27 cases of craniocerebral diseases were diagnosed by CT+pathology,and 10 cases were normal.The study group were diagnosed 28 cases of craniocerebral diseases and 9 cases were normal(P〈0.05).The specificity and accuracy of the study group were significantly higher than the control group,which difference has statistically significant(P〈0.05) The positive rate of intracranial hemorrhage and hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The diagnosis of neonatal craniocerebral diseases with high and low frequency ultrasound could improve clinical diagnosis effectively and provide reliable scientific reference for neonatal clinical treatment,which has clinical application and popularization.
