中孕期胎儿颅脑畸形的超声诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价中孕期胎儿颅脑畸形的超声诊断价值。方法:2014年1月~2016年5月,共对17142例孕妇开展孕中期胎儿颅脑畸形检查,超声诊断胎儿颅脑畸形61例,纳入病例组,选择同期孕周14~20周的胎儿40例,纳入对照组,对比M1血管段血流动力学指标。结果:41例联合MRI检查,与超声诊断一致率39.02%(16/41)例,改变诊断21.95%(9/41);56例获得随访,超声检查结果符合34.42%(21/61)、部分符合32.79%(20/61)、结果不符24.59%(15/61);病例组大脑中动脉未检出率50.82%(31/61)高于对照组未检出10.0%0(4/40),差异有统学意义(P<0.05);病例组PSV、RI、S/D高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中孕期开展颅脑超声可检出胎儿颅脑畸形,但检出符合率有待提高,大脑动脉血流动力学在颅脑畸形诊断具有一定的借鉴意义。
