摘要
目的掌握南宁机场口岸蚊类种群构成及季节消长情况,为开展口岸医学媒介生物防制工作提供科学依据。方法成蚊调查采用灭蚊磁CO2诱蚊法,蚊幼调查采用诱卵器法、幼虫吸管法和勺捕法,调查周期为1年。结果共捕获成蚊12 575只,蚊卵、幼虫、蛹共计1 701只。经鉴定为1目1科3亚科5属13种;其中三带喙库蚊为优势种群,占成蚊捕获总数的82.51%;成蚊平均密度为9.36只/h,8月为高峰期,密度为28.88只/h,2月最低,密度为0.52只/h;平均诱蚊诱卵指数为22.71%,诱蚊密度指数为5.99只/个。结论南宁机场口岸适合蚊类孳生繁殖,应加强蚊类监测与控制,有效降低蚊类密度,防止蚊媒传染病在口岸发生传播。
Objective To identify the population composition and seasonal growth-decline of mosquitoes at Nanning airport and to provide scientific basis for medical vector control at port. Methods Adult mosquito investigation by using magnetic CO2 induced mosquito method and mosquito larvae investigation by using egg trap method,larval straw method and spoon capture method. The observe period lasts for 1 year. Results 12 575 adult mosquitoes were captured and a total of 1 701 of mosquito eggs,larva,pupa are collected. All were identified,belonging to 1 order,1 family,3 subfamiles,5 genera and 13 species. Culex tritaeniorhychus is the dominant population,which is accounted for 82. 51% of the total of captured adult mosquitoes. The average density of adult mosquitoes is 9. 36/h. For the peak in August,the density is 28. 88/h and for the lowest in February,the density is 0. 52/h. The average index induced mosquito and its eggs is 22. 71%. The density index of induced mosquito is5. 99. Conclusion Nanning airport is avail and suitable for mosquitoes to breed,so it is necessary to strengthen the control and monitoring of mosquitoes,effectively reduce mosquito density and prevent the spread of mosquito-borne infectious diseases in the port.
