摘要
传统的曲轴生产加工工艺,加工精度低,工序质量稳定性低,难以保证产品质量。为提高曲轴加工的质量和精度,本文根据曲轴的产品结构特点、生产线工艺设计流程,对生产线所使用的关健工艺技术、设备作改进性研究,通过研究,提高了产品的质量,初步达到了减员增效的效果。
