在医疗卫生改革的背景下,基于教育与心理理论,提出卫生事业管理专业人才实践能力培养体系构建的思路,从培养目标和知识构架两个核心要素环节出发,分析实践能力培养的相关要素环节,并勾画关系图,围绕相关要素环节深入探讨现实问题所在,针对性提出卫生事业管理专业人才实践能力培养体系构建的策略。

Based on the situation of health care reform,this paper put forward the idea of cultivating the practical ability training system of health management talents,starting from the two core elements of training objectives and knowledge structure,analyzed the practical ability training related elements with drawing the relationship diagram,discussed on the real problem around the relevant elements,and put forward the strategy of construction on practical ability training system for health management professionals.
