胆固醇、他汀类药物与帕金森病关系的研究进展

Advances in relationship of cholesterol and statins with Parkinson's disease

多项研究表明胆固醇水平、使用他汀类药物与帕金森病(PD)的发生、发展可能存在关联,尽管针对胆固醇及他汀类药物导致神经系统退行性疾病的病理机制研究并不少见,但流行病学研究得出的结论却不一致,设计研究方案时未能校正他汀类药物与胆固醇之间的关系可能是造成混杂的原因。本文综述了国内外近年关于胆固醇、他汀类药物及PD关系的研究。

Many studies suggested that cholesterol level and statins use may be associated with the occurrence and development of Parkinson＇s disease （PD）.Although there are quite a few studies on the pathological mechanisms of neurodegenerative disease with cholesterol and statins, epidemiologic evidence shows inconsistent results.The confounding may be due to the unadjusted relationship of statins use and cholesterol level in the design of study protocol.In this article, we reviewed previous researches on the relationship of cholesterol and statins with PD.
