综合护理应用于高压氧治疗绝经综合征观察

Effects of Comprehensive Nursing on Hyperbaric Oxygen in the Treatment of Menopausal Syndrome

目的:探讨高压氧治疗绝经综合征的疗效以及综合护理方法。方法:选取医院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的绝经综合征患者90例,随机分为研究组和对照组各45例,对照组给予常规激素治疗和常规护理,研究组给予激素联合高压氧治疗和高压氧综合护理,比较两组患者E2、FSH和LH水平变化和护理满意度。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组E2水平上升,FSH和LH水平下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组E2水平高于对照组,FSH和LH水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为97.78%,明显高于对照组的86.67%.两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧可明显改善绝经综合征患者的激素水平,疗效显著,同时科学合理的综合性护理也是保证治疗顺利进行的重要保证。

Objective:To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing on hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of menopausal syndrome.Methods:90cases of patients with menopausal syndrome treated in the People’s Hospital of Jinxian County from April 2015to April 2017had been selected and randomly divided into the research group and the control group with 45cases each.The control group had been given conventional hormone therapy and routine nursing,the research group hyperbaric oxygen therapy and comprehensive nursing.The nursing satisfaction and the levels of E2、FSH and LH had been compared between two groups.Results:The E2levels increased and the FSH and LH levels decreased in both the groups after treatment(P<0.05);however,the E2levels in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the FSH and LH levels were both lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction in the research group(97.78%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen can effectively improve hormone levels in the patients with menopausal syndrome and the curative effects are remarkable.At the same time,scientific and rational comprehensive nursing is the key to ensure the smooth treatment.
