摘要
在现代电能质量评价标准中,闪变是其中的一个重要指标,反映了灯光闪烁对人体视觉的影响和电网电压的供电质量。根据IEC给出的闪变测量仪的基本原理,使用Matlab仿真软件构建闪变仪仿真模型,可以更加准确、方便地测量和分析电压闪变参数,经过仿真后的结果表明,闪变仪仿真模型达到了IEC相关标准。
In the modern power quality evaluation standard, flickering is one of the important indicators reflecting the influence of light on human visual effect and the power quality of the power grid voltage. According to the basic principle of IEC flickermeter, a flickermeter simulation model built with Matlab simulation software can provide more accurate and convenient measurement and analysis of voltage flicker parameters. The simulation results show that the flickermeter simulation model reaches the relevant standards of IEC.
