现代环境和疾病谱的巨大变化对中医学提出了新挑战,而植根于中国传统文化的中医思维,经过历代医家的不断发掘和完善,在现代医疗背景下仍对临床具有绝对的指导意义。结合临床体会探讨现代中医思维模式的本质及其临床应用,提出现代中医思维模式是以传统的象思维作为指导,以临床实践为根基;其内在核心是实事求是,探究疾病本质;与时俱进,借助现代科技和医学成果,解决临床实际问题、提高临床疗效则是现代中医思维模式的根本目的。

The great changes of environment and disease spectrum pose new challenges to Chinese medicine,while Chinese medicine thinking model,which is rooted in Chinese traditional culture and continuously explored and perfected by doctors through the ages,still has the absolute guiding significance to clinic in the modern medical setting. Combined with clinical experience,the authors explore the essence and the clinical application of modern Chinese medicine thinking model and put forward that the model is guided by traditional image thinking and based on clinical practice. The inner core is to seek truth from facts and explore the essence of disease. The fundamental purpose of the model is,keeping up with the times,solving clinical practical problems and promoting clinical effect by modern technology and medical achievements.
