水分胁迫对兰花品种“霞光”抗氧化系统的影响

摘要 [目的]研究水分胁迫对兰花品种"霞光"抗氧化系统的影响。[方法]以兰花品种"霞光"为试验材料,在水分胁迫下研究植株开花初期的丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的变化。[结果]兰花品种"霞光"植株MDA含量以及SOD、POD和CAT活性随着水分胁迫时间的延长呈上升趋势。每隔10 d浇水1次的处理已经对兰花品种"霞光"植株产生了膜脂氧化的伤害,每隔20 d浇水1次处理兰花植株的MDA含量以及SOD、POD和CAT活性均达到最大值,表明植株通过调节抗氧化物酶活性的合成代谢来应对水分胁迫。[结论]研究结果可为兰花品种"霞光"的生产栽培提供指导。 [Objective] To study the effects of water stress on the antioxidant enzymes system of orchid cultivar "Xiaguang".[Method] Taking orchid cultivar"Xiaguang"as test materials,the changes of MDA content,SOD,POD,CAT activities of orchid cultivar "Xiaguang"under water stress at the early blossom stage were studied. [Result] MDA content,SOD,POD,CAT activities of orchid cultivar "Xiaguang"showed an increasing trend along with prolonging of water stress time. In the treatment of watering once every 10 days,oxidative damage of membrane lipid produced. In the treatment of watering once every 20 days,MDA content,SOD,POD,CAT activities of orchid cultivar "Xiaguang"all reached the maximum. That indicated the plants regulated metabolism of the activities of the antioxidant enzymes in response to water stress.[Conclusion]The research results can provide guide for the production and cultivation of orchid cultivar"Xiaguang".
