摘要
文章介绍了一种高集成度TDD模式的射频收发模块,在移动通信的F频段(2015~2025 MHz),实现射频与数字基带互相转换,Tx功率达到2 W,接收NF小于2.1dB,收发EVM指标全面达到要求。
This paper introduces a highly integrated TDD mode RF transceiver module. In F band （2 015-2 025 MHz） of the mobile communication, it actualizes the conversion of radio frequency signal and digital baseband signal, and Tx power reaches 2 W, Rx NF is less than 2A dB, Tx and Rx EVM fully meet the requirements.
