摘要
[目的]建立凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)-气相色谱法测定蔬菜中抑菌灵残留量的方法。[方法]样品用环己烷-乙酸乙酯(1∶1,V/V)提取,GPC净化,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)检测。[结果]抑菌灵在0.01~1.00 mg/L时线性关系良好(R^2=0.999 3),方法检测限(S/N=3)为0.32μg/kg。在0.01、0.02、0.04 mg/kg添加水平下,加标回收率为74.7%~95.7%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.5%~3.5%。[结论]该方法适用于蔬菜中抑菌灵残留量的测定。
[Objective] A method for determination of dichlofluanid residue in vegetables by gel permeation chromatography and gas chromatopraphy was developed. [Method] Samples were extracted with cyclohexane-ethyl acetate( 1 ∶ 1,V/V),and then detected by GC-ECD after being cleaned up with GPC. [Result] It turned out that dichlofluanid showed a good linearity over the range of 0. 01-1. 00 mg/L with correlation coefficient of 0. 999 3. The limit of detection( LOD) was 0. 32 μg/kg. The recoveries of the dichlofluanid were in the range of74. 7%-95. 7% with the spiked levels of 0. 01,0. 02 and 0. 04 mg/kg,and the relative standard deviations( RSDs) were in the range of0. 5%-3. 5%. [Conclusion] The method is suitable for detecting dichlofluanid residue in many kinds of vegetables.
