In recent years, Chinese economic construction by leaps and bounds, the competition between the various industries are very fierce. And to the long-term development in the fierce market competition, we must improve their own management system, optimize the work efficiency. The salary management for enterprise staff and workers is a very important part in the overall management, which is not only related the cost inputs and economic benefits of enterprise, but also the workers are the most concerned about the issue. With the popularity of computational geometric Internet, more and more work is gradually to the computerization. The construction of salary management system by using of computer, can effectively record and query the relevant funds flow and distribution.
