摘要
在电力系统的传输过程当中,经常会发生雷击事故,因此需要采取一定的防雷措施来保证电力系统的安全稳定运行,提高配网线路的耐雷水平,最终实现提高电力系统的服务质量的目标。文章首先对层次分析法进行了概述;其次对选择防雷措施方面的原则进行了研究;最后利用改进层次分析法对配网线路当中的防雷措施做出了评估,建立了起科学有效的防雷评估模型。
In the transmission process of the power system, lightning accident are often carried out. Therefore, it is necessary to take certain lightning protection measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system, improve the lightning withstand level of distribution network, and ultimately achieve the goal of improving the service quality of the power system. This paper first summarizes the principles of analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Secondly, it studies the principles of selecting lightning protection measures. Finally, the improved AHP is used to evaluate the lightning protection measures of distribution network, and a scientific and effective lightning protection evaluation model is established.
