我国湿地生态补偿机制探讨——以苏州市湿地生态补偿情况为例

Discussion on Wetland Ecological Protection and Compensation Mechanism in China——Taking Suzhou Wetland Ecological Compensation as an Example

建立与完善湿地生态补偿制度,在改善湿地生态、促进生物多样性、建设生态文明方面均具有十分重要的作用。分析我国实施湿地生态补偿制度的必要性,介绍苏州市湿地生态补偿的发展历程、存在问题,提出完善苏州市湿地生态补偿的政策与措施,为国内其他地区开展湿地生态补偿工作提供借鉴。

Wetland ecological compensation system played an important role in improving wetland ecosystems,promoting biodiversity and building eco-civilization with the further establishment and improvement. The necessity of applying wetland ecological compensation was analyzed. Development process and problems of wetland ecological compensation were introduced. Policy and measures for improving wetland ecological compensation were put forward to provide reference for other areas in China.
