摘要
基于齿轮泵的流量脉动率的计算公式是个多参数函数,无法用一般的函数解法求出函数值为最小时的参数最优解。文中针对直线内啮合齿轮泵的几何参数推出了新的流量脉动率公式。基于此公式引入遗传算法优化其几何参数,以齿轮泵的流量脉动率为目标函数,齿轮泵的模数、齿数、齿形半角、齿顶高系数4个参数为设计变量,在满足函数最小值的条件下求出可行解。
The formula based on the gear pump flow pulsation rate is a multi - parameter function, which can-not get the optimal solution of parameters by the general function method. The paper introduces a new flow pulsationrate formula for the geometric parameters for the straight conjugate internal gear pump. The genetic algorithm is intro-duced to optimize the geometrical parameters with the gear pump flow pulsation rate as the objective function, and thenumber of modules, the number of teeth, the toothed half - width and the addendum coefficient as variables, thus ob-taining a feasible solution that meets the condition in minimum.
