摘要
提升机在安装和使用过程中需要对摩擦轮绳槽进行修整,传统的手动车槽装置工作效率低、不易操作。基于数控机床的工作原理,利用Solid Works软件设计了一种PLC控制的车槽装置,其可靠性高、操作简单、工作效率高。试验证明,该智能绳槽车削装置车削精度高于手动车槽装置,满足用户使用要求。
In the process of installation and service of the hoist, the rope groove of the friction sheave needs repair, while the traditional manual grooving device operates inefficiently and uneasily. In the paper, according to the working principle of numerical control machine tool, SolidWorks was applied to design a kind of grooving device based on PLC control. The grooving device was characterized by high reliability, simple operation and high efficiency. The application of the prototype showed the intelligent grooving device had higher grooving precision than the manual grooving device. It met the employment demands of users.
