摘要
传统的散料输送系统采用的是粗放式转载方式,转载漏斗未经特别设计,随着输送量日渐提高,系统显现出易堵料、多扬尘、强冲击和快磨损等问题。经过特别设计的流线型漏斗可以减小料流与漏斗的撞击角度,并对料流进行汇集和引导,同时搭配曲线落料管,能有效改善传统转载方式中的各类问题。建立了3种流线型漏斗的三维模型,并利用离散元仿真软件进行模拟,得到了不同的料流运动情况,通过分析可知,影响汇集效果的主要因素是汇集罩的入口面积和侧壁板倾角,通过对比仿真数据,明确了3种漏斗的优缺点,可为今后工程设计提供依据。
Rough transshipment is applied to traditional bulk conveying system, and the transship funnel is ordinarily designed. With gradual increase in the conveying capacity, the system appeared easiness of clogging, severe dust pollution, strong impact and rapid wear. After specially designed streamlined funnel being applied, the impact angle between bulk flow and the funnel reduced, bulk flow was gathered and guided by curved blanking tube, and various problems during traditional transshipment were relieved. 3D models of three types of streamlined funnels were established, and discrete element simulation software was applied to conduct simulation, thus various motion of bulk flow was obtained. Analysis results showed the main factor affecting collection effects was the entrance area of the gathering hood and the obliquity of the side panel. The comparison of the simulation data revealed the advantages and disadvantages of the three types of funnels, which offered reference for future engineering design.
