立轴冲击破碎机加速板磨损仿真分析 被引量:5

Simulation and analysis on wear of accelerating board of vertical-shaft impact crusher

摘要 立轴冲击式破碎机在制砂时转子加速板磨损严重,需要频繁更换。通过离散单元法建模仿真,分析加速板的主要磨损区域,分别改变转子的结构参数和生产参数,探究加速板的磨损特性。结果表明:选择合适的加速板安装角度、加速板圆弧半径和分料锥高度,可使加速板的磨损情况得到改善;而入料量、转速和入料高度的增加会导致加速板磨损加剧。仿真分析结果可为后续减小加速板磨损、优化转子结构提供一定的参考。 The accelerating board of the vertical-shaft impact crusher wears seriously during sand production and needs frequent replacement. After the modeling and simulation with discrete element method, the main wear zone of the accelerating board was analyzed. And then, the wear characteristics of the accelerating board were studied via altering the structural parameters of the rotor and the production parameters. The results showed: appropriate installation angle of the accelerating board, arc radius of the accelerating board and height of the feeding cone relieved the wear of the accelerating board; the increase in the feeding flow, rotary velocity and feeding height aggravated the wear of the accelerating board. The simulation and analysis results offered reference for relieving the wear of the accelerating board and optimizing the structure of the rotor.
