摘要
选用超声法提取柑橘皮中的总黄酮,将单因素试验分析与正交试验相结合,得到超声法提取柑橘皮中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数70%,料液比1∶25,提取液pH值8,提取时间60min,提取次数3次,在此条件下总黄酮提取率为2.68%。
Selection of ultrasonic method for extracting total flavonoids from orange peel, the extraction technologies of ultrasonic-assisted of total flavonoids from orange peel through are optimized through orthogonal test based on single factor. The result shows that the optimum conditions are as flows: ethanol concentration 70%, 1 : 25 of the radio of material and solvent, pH values 8, extractiing time 60 min, extraction time 3, under the conditions of total flavonoids extraction rate of 2.68%.
