摘要
通过消解和ICP-MS研究测定了佛山市市售大米重金属镉的含量,相对标准偏差范围为0~0.15%,精密度较好,对米样重金属镉的加标回收率范围为94.00%~100.90%,均符合方法品质保证要求,说明ICP-MS测定结果准确可靠,能够符合日常分析要求。结果表明,所调查佛山市市售大米样品的镉含量均符合GB 2762—2012食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量中规定的标准和NY/T 419—2014绿色食品稻米标准要求;但依据WHO/FAO食品添加剂联合专家委员会推荐的PTWI值,所调查佛山市市售大米重金属镉污染情况为中等,对人体健康存在的风险不是很大,但仍需要加强检测和监督力度,确保没有超标大米流入市场。
The contents of total cadmium in rice from Foshan are determined using ICP-MS. The relative standard deviations for the metal content of the same sample are 0 to 0.15%, with the recoveries as 94.00% to 100.90%, which meet the requirements of quality assurance. The results of determination indicate that the contents of total cadmium in rice from Foshan meet the requirements of GB 2762-2012 and NY/T 419-2014 in China, but compared to the value of PTWI from WHO/FAO, the rice in Foshan was contaminated by certain amount of cadmium. The health risk is not very high. However, the government should continue to take effective measures to prevent the cadmium contamination in rice.
