酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定月饼中黄曲霉毒素B_1 被引量:3

摘要 采用酶联免疫法对月饼中黄曲霉毒素B_1含量进行测定,并对该方法的线性、灵敏度、回收率和重现性进行验证;黄曲霉毒素B_1标准品在1.00~50.00 g/kg范围内线性良好,Y=-40.291C+88.365,R^2=0.998 4,该方法对黄曲霉毒素B_1的最低检出含量为1.00 g/kg,不同含量添加所得回收率为96.7%~105.0%,重复性好,精密度为1.96%。通过对9个不同产品特性月饼中黄曲霉毒素B_1的测定,发现所有样品均有检出,但黄曲霉毒素B_1的含量均小于5.00 g/kg。结果表明,酶联免疫检测方法测定快速、定量准确、重现性好,可高效率地定量检测大量市售月饼中黄曲霉毒素B_1的含量。 The content of aflatoxin B1 in the moon cakes is measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) . The linearity, sensitivity, recovery and reproducibility of the method are verified. The linear range of aflatoxin B1 standard is 1.00-50.00 μg/kg, Y=-40.291C+88.365, R^2=0.998 4. The lowest detectable concentration of aflatoxin B1 is 1.00 txg/kg. The recoveries are 96.7%-105.0% with good reproducibility and precision of 1.96%. The results of aflatoxin B1 detection show that the contents of aflatoxin B1 are less than 5.00 g/kg. The results of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay show that the method is simple, determination of fast quantitative and accurate, reproducible, and can be highly effective quantitative detection of large quantities of commercially available moon cake in the aflatoxin B1 content.
