摘要
通过建立标准加入、微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中铝的定量分析方法,对微波消解程序进行优化,消解温度控制在220℃,消解时间25 min为最佳。该方法检出限为0.009 mg/kg,不同基体下线性相关系数为0.999 3~1.000,加标回收率为97%~103%,具有线性范围宽、检出限低、精密度好、回收率高、重现性好等优点,消除了基质中其他元素的影响,能够快速准确地测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中铝含量。
To establish a standard addition method and microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method to determine aluminum in infant formula milk power. The microwave digestion procedure is optimized and the best digestion condition is holding 220 ℃, 25 mins. The detection limit is 0.009 mg/kg, and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.999 3-1.000 at different matrixs with the good recovery in therange of 97%-103%. The proposed method permits efficient and accurate determination of aluminum in infant formula milk power with wide linear range, low detection limit, good precision and high recovery and good repeatability, eliminating other elements interferences.
