摘要
甘露子自古是药食两用的植物,在古代药学著作中均有收录,既可作为药材入药,也可作为蔬菜食用。中药功效主要用于治疗与肺相关的疾病,作为蔬菜常加工成酱菜和泡菜食用。综述了甘露子的药用功能,所含水苏糖的提取、检测及保健功效,以及甘露子食品加工开发等方面的研究进展,为进一步研究提供参考。
Stachys sieboldii Miq. is a medicinal and edible plant since ancient times, it is used to be included in ancient pharmaceutical works. It can be used as medicine, and also be used as vegetable. It is effective for disease associated with lung in traditional Chinese medicine. It is often processed into soy sauce pickles and pickles as vegetable. In this paper, the medicinal function, extraction process, test and health care value of stachyose, and food processing are reviewed. It provides a reference for the further research in the later stage.
