摘要
为适应工程教育认证的新环境,在分析工程教育认证背景和发展趋势的基础上,对"食品物性学"的教学内容进行探索性研究,进一步改善教学效果,为新形势下高校"食品物性学"的教学提供参考。
In order to develop in the new engineering education certification system, the teaching content of Physical Properties of Foods is studied on the basis of the background and growing trend of the system. Thus, the teaching efficiency can be improved and provide useful suggestion for the teaching of Physical Properties of Foods.
