摘要
针对PowerPc产品故障诊断中存在的故障定位准确率低、测试难度大的问题,提出一种基于TRACE32的智能系统开发要求软件,该软件嵌入在TRACE32仿真软件中,它既能对PowerPc产品的寄存器、存储器、CACHE、MMU、串口网口等进行自动测试,又可完成高集成度复杂电路板故障的在线检查与自动测试。相比传统的离线测试方法以及普通的在线检测技术,该智能维修技术能够更准确、快速地定位故障。
In order to solve the problem of low location accuracy and great difficulty in the fault diagnosis of PowerPc products, an intelligent test software development requirement based on TRACE32 is proposed. The software is embedded in the TRACE32 simulation software, and it can carry out automatic test and detection on such Power Pc product elements as register, memory, CACHE. MMU, and RS232,etc.. In addition, on line test can be carried out on high integrated circuit faults. The intelligent maintenance can locate fault faster and more accurately compared to the traditional way of off-line test and ordinary way of on-line testing.
