摘要
目的探讨护理人员职场正念对任务绩效的影响及其可能存在的机制。方法用职场正念量表和任务绩效量表对696名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果护理人员的职场正念处于较高水平;职场正念对护理人员任务绩效具有正向预测作用(P<0.01)。结论护理管理者应该注重职场正念,采取干预措施促进护理人员的职场正念水平,以提升他们的任务绩效。
Objective To explore the influence of workplace mindfulness to task performance on nurses and the possible mechanisms. Methods Totally, 696 nurses were investigated by using the Workplace Mindfulness Scale and Task Performance Scale. Results Nurses'workplace mindfulness was at a high level and workplace mindfulness had significantly positive prediction on their task performance ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to nurses'workplace mindfulness, and take some intervention measure to promote the level of workplace mindfulness, in order to effectively improve nurses" task performance.
