摘要
目的了解高职护生心理资本、专业认同的现状,探讨二者之间的相关性。方法选取278名高职护生采用一般资料问卷、护士心理资本问卷、护生专业认同调查问卷进行调查。结果高职护生心理资本得分为(4.40±0.55)分,专业认同得分为(3.61±0.36)分,高职护生心理资本、专业认同呈正相关(P<0.01),希望、自我效能为高职护生专业认同的主要影响因素。结论高职护生专业认同处于较低水平,护理教育者及管理者应重视对高职护生心理资本的培养,提高其专业认同水平,促进护理事业的发展。
Objective To investigate the status and the relationship between psychological capital and professional identity of vocational nursing students. Methods Totally,278 vocational nursing students were surveyed with general data questionnaire, psychological capital scale and professional identity scale. Results The score of voeational nursing students'psychological capital was (4.40±0.55 ) , the mean score of professional identity was ( 3.61 ± 0.36 ). Psycho- logical capital and professional identity degree were positively correlated( P 〈 0.01 ), hope and self - efficacy were the main influence factors of professional iden- tity. Conclusion The professional identity of vocational nursing students was at lower level. Nursing educator and administrator should attach importance to train- ing of psychological capital, improve the level of professional identity, and promote the professional development of nursing.
