蒸汽发生器安放式小径接管全焊透角焊缝超声检测工艺改进

摘要 由于蒸汽发生器安放式小径接管全焊透角焊缝的结构限制、接管曲率大等因素,传统的超声检测工艺存在一些弊端。改进了传统超声检测工艺,设计了专用的超声波探头并采用从接管内壁进行扫查的检测方法。采用改进后的超声检测工艺在缺陷模拟接管上进行了验证试验,结果表明新的检测工艺规避了传统超声检测工艺的缺点。 Because of the geometric limitation and big curvature of small diameter pipes,the conventional ultrasonic examination process for their full-penetration corner weld has some shortcoming.The author has improved the conventional process by designing new ultrasonic probes and applying inner scanning method from pipes inside.The new process is tested on simulation pipes to prove its feasibility and it shows that this method can avoid the conventional method′s shortcoming.
