摘要
2016年8月13日宁夏小甜水河流域普降大到暴雨,针对部分沟道的降水成因、暴雨中心、特性、重现期和洪水情况进行分析。结果表明:(1)小甜水河流域暴雨主要受副热带高压外围低涡和低层切变影响,气团受罗山山脉阻挡而抬升所致。(2)降水对流性较强,局地短时雨强大且分散,暴雨中心在罗山上边窑一带,中心最大雨量73.6 mm。(3)暴雨导致小甜水河流域6条支沟发生洪水过程,洪水发生时段为17:00至21:30,洪水重现期为20~50年一遇。旨在为小流域水文预报,区域沟道治理、防汛减灾提供参考。
The Xiaotianshui river basin has fallen rain in Ningxia on August13 of 2016. Through the analysis of the flood situation, some causes precipitation, rainstorm center, characteristics of the channel, return period in this paper:(1)Heavy rain mainly affected by the low vortex and subtropical high periphery low - rise shear, air mass caused by lifting by Luoshan mountain block. (2)Convective precipitation sex is stronger, local short -time strong and scattered, the rain storm center in any top kiln area, center the largest rainfall 73.6 ram. (3)The flood period of 17:00 to 21:30, the flood re- turn period of 20 - 50 years once in the Xiaotianshui river basin. Aimed at small watershed hydro- logical forecasting, regional channel management, provide reference for flood control and disaster mitigation.
