In this paper, we mainly discuss the advanced nature and the ease of use of the technology of all-purpose card.And we introduce what is the technology of all- purpose card.We combine with the system of enterprise all-purpose card of Delta Electronics （Shanghai） Co., Ltd., respectively introduce the consumption management system, attendance management system and access control management system three function modules. At last, the development trend of all-purpose card is introduced.
