摘要
针对火电厂主蒸汽压力被控对象的大惯性、大滞后等特点,提出将预测函数控制(PFC)与PID相结合的主蒸汽压力预测控制方案。根据预测函数控制的基本原理和应用特点,在分析其一般算法的基础上,将算法用于系统的主控制器中,副控制器采用常规PI控制器。MATLAB仿真结果表明,与常规PID串级控制策略相比,PFC-PID控制策略有很好的鲁棒性和较强的抗干扰能力。
According to the characteristic of main steam pressure controlled object such as large time constant and long time-delay, this paper presents the predictive function control (PFC) and PID combination of main steam pressure predictive control scheme. Predictive functional control based on the basic principles and application characteristics, the analysis of the general algorithm,based on the algorithm used for the system's main controller, the deputy controller using conventional PI controller.MATLAB simulation results show that compared with conventional PID cascade control strategy, PFC-PID control strategy has good robustness and stronger anti-jamming performance.
