利用墨鱼骨制备Co/CaCO_3逆水煤气变换催化剂及其应用 被引量:1

摘要 文中用墨鱼骨煅烧后的CaCO_3做载体,采用浸渍法制备得到不同钴含量的Co/CaCO_3催化剂.通过XRD、BET、TG/DTA、H_2-TPR对催化剂进行了表征,并测试了催化剂的逆水煤气变换反应性能.实验结果表明,不同钴含量催化剂其组成成分不同;钴含量低于30%时,催化剂中钴主要以Ca_2Co_2O_5形式存在;钴含量在50%时出现大颗粒Co_3O_4.30%Co-CaCO_3催化剂在700℃反应时选择性达到100%,转化率达到38%,反应30 h催化剂性能稳定. In this study, Co/CaCO_3 catalysts with different cobalt content were made by impregnation method,with the supporter of CaCO_3 obtained by calcining the cuttlefish bone. The catalysts were characterized by XRD、BET、TG-DTA、and H_2-TPR methods, and the gas-water shift reaction performance of the catalyst were tested. The results show that catalysts with different cobalt content had different compositions. When the cobalt content was less than 30 %, the cobalt in the catalyst mainly existed in the form of Ca_2Co_2O_5; large particles of Co_3O_4 appeared when the cobalt content reached 50 %. The selectivity of 30 % Co-CaCO_3 catalyst was 100 %at the reaction temperature of 700 ℃, the CO_2 conversion rate was 38 % and the catalytic performance was stable in 30 h.
