摘要
拓展训练是一种新型的"体验式学习"方式。本研究通过专门设计具有针对性和挑战性的训练项目,在体育课中开展实验教学。以景德镇学院2014级180名学生为研究对象,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计法等,在景德镇学院大体课进行拓展训练的教学实验。结果显示:拓展训练不仅具有传统体育课的教育功能,能提高大学生体质健康水平,而且还能有效提高和改善大学生的心理健康水平和社会适应能力。本实验研究为拓展训练引入高校体育课提供了理论依据和实证支持。
Outdoor extended training is a new--style experiential learning method.This research is to con- duct experiential teaching in physical education through specially--desighed, corresponding, and challeng- ing training programs. Experiential teaching research and theoretical analysis have been conducted in PE classes in Jingdezhen University with 180 students as research subjects,with the research methods of liter- ature, questionnaire, experient,and mathematical statistics. The result shows that Outdoor extended train- ing not only has the function of traditional PE class,which is to increase students'physical health level, but also can improve students'mental health level and adaptive capacity in society, which will provide theoreti- cal basis and evidence support for outdoor extended training introduced into college PE classes.
