摘要
当代社会已经进入了信息化时代,时代的特征同时也决定了企业的数字化,信息化。信息社会中,信息经济表现出明显的规模经济、范围经济、以及成长经济效应。所有的这些变化对传统意义上的企业人力资源管理提出了新的挑战。信息化的人力资源管理(e-HR)作为人力资源管理信息化发展的最新阶段,极大的丰富了人力资源管理的理论,拓展了人力资源管理的最新的领域,并且推动企业管理的进步。当前企业在运用e-HR方面存在着不少的问题,很多企业对e-HR的认识和应用还停留在初步的阶段。本文针对企业信息化的人力资源管理在实施过程中暴露出来的问题进行研究;并提出了企业有效实施e-HR的思路以及对策。
Contemporary society has entered the era of information technology, the characteristics of the era also determines the enterprise's digital, information technology. In the information society, the information economy displays the obvious scale economy, the scope economy, and the growth economy effect. All of these changes bring forward new challenges to the human resource management of the enterprise. Informatization of human resources management (e-HR) as the latest stage of human resource management information, greatly enrich the theory of human resource management, expand the new field of human resources management, and promote the progress of the enterprise management. The enterprises in the use ofe-HR has many problems, the understanding and application of many enterprises ofe-HR remains in the preliminary stage. This paper makes a research on the human resource management for enterprise information exposed in the process of implementation of the problem; and put forward the effective implementation of the ideas and Countermeasures of enterprise e-HR.
