南海仲裁案新闻发布会的叙事修辞研究

Narrative Criticism of the Discourse on the Press Conference of the South China Sea Arbitration Incident in 2016

针对2016年7月13日召开的南海仲裁新闻发布会,本文以Walter Fisher的叙事修辞为理论框架,辅以Lloyd Bitzer的修辞情境论以及新亚里士多德批评,分析该新闻发布会是如何作为叙事修辞活动、实现其叙事修辞功能和效果的。分析得出,该发布会通过叙事达到了维护国家主权、树立国际形象和保持社会稳定的目的。

Based on the theoretical framework of Walter Fisher, Lloyd Bitzer＇s theory of rhetorical situation, and new Aristotle rhetorical criticism, this paper analyzes the press conference of the South China Sea Arbitration held on July 13, 2016 and focuses on the analysis of the narrative rhetoric of the press conference, as well as its function and effect. This study shows that this press conferences aims at maintaining China＇s social stability, safeguarding national sovereignty and establishing a good international image through the narrative.
