摘要
针对陆军装备战备器材储备布局难以满足现代化战争需求的问题,在充分考虑战备器材需求区间的前提下,构造了基于混合整数规划的战备器材储备点选址决策模型,并设计了禁忌搜索算法进行求解,最后结合算例,验证了模型的有效性.
To solve the problem that the layout for the Army equipment storage cannot satisfy the requirements of modern war, the authors, under the precondition of fully considering the section of the war preparation materiel requirements, establish a decision making model for selecting the sites to store war preparation materiel on the basis of mixed integer programming, and design the Tabu Search to solve it. The model is proved to be effective by means of a specific example.
