摘要
装备体系贡献率评估问题的最大难度在于如何对所构建的评估指标体系进行量化计算,将体系贡献率评估所有底层指标评估值统一与七级定性评判指标挂钩,并分别采用离散映射和连续函数映射方式对定性指标与定量指标进行转换,进而在相同的评判标准下通过基于AHP法的权重赋值和多层加权融合最终获得到装备体系贡献率综合值.该方法的一个显著特点是体系贡献率综合值被限定在[-1,1]之间,便于应用决策规则的制定.该方法适用于武器装备体系贡献率中不同类别指标评估结果的综合.
The biggest difficulty in evaluating the equipment system' s contribution rate how to build the evaluation index system for quantitative calculation. This paper proposes the underlying index assessment value unity and seven-class qualitative calculation, and it also adopts the discrete map and continuous function mapping method to transform the qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes. Based on the AHP and multi-layer weighted fusion method under the same criteria, it obtains comprehensive contribution value of weapons and equipment system. The obvious feature of this method is that the comprehensive value of system of contribution rate is limited between --1 and l, and it is advantageous for the making of decision rules. The proposed method is suitable for the comprehensive contribution rate evaluation of army' s weapons and equipment system in different category.
