黄芪桃红汤辅助化疗对宫颈癌患者细胞免疫功能的影响

Effect of Huangqi Taohong Decoction adjuvant chemotherapy on cellular immune function in patients with cervical cancer

目的探讨黄芪桃红汤辅助化疗对宫颈癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取2013年6月至2016年6月于西安交通大学第二附属医院入院治疗的宫颈癌患者72例,按照随机抽样法分为对照组和试验组,每组36例,对照组患者采用化疗予以治疗,试验组患者在化疗基础上加用黄芪桃红汤治疗。两组患者均治疗3个疗程(4周为1个疗程)。观察对照组和试验组患者治疗前后的免疫功能以及临床效果的变化。结果治疗3个疗程后,经检测发现,试验组CD8+值较治疗前明显下降,优于对照组,CD3+、CD4+、NK细胞以及CD4+/CD8+值均明显提高(P<0.05);对照组治疗后CD4+/CD8+值、CD8+值较治疗前略增加,其他指标稍下降,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率为80.5%,对照组总有效率为61.1%,试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应率(24.6%)低于对照组(42.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组的KPS评分高于对照组,生活质量试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用黄芪桃红汤辅助化疗对宫颈癌患者免疫功能有显著的提高,能够提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Huangqi Taohong Decoction adjuvant chemotherapy on the cellular immune function in the patients with cervical cancer.Methods Seventy-two patients with cervical cancer admitted in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi′an Jiantong University from June 2013 to June 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and experimental group according to the random sampling method,36 cases in each group.The control group adopted the radiochemotherapy,while on this basis the experimental group was added with Huangqi Taohong Decoction.The two groups were treated for 3courses（4weeks as a treatment course）.The changes of immune function and clinical effect before and after treatment were compared between the control group and experimental group.Results After 3courses of treatment,the CD8＋value of the experimental group was significantly decreased compared with that before treatment,which was better than that in the control group,the CD3＋,CD4＋,NK cells and CD4＋/CD8＋values in the experimental group were significantly increased（P〈0.05）;the CD4＋/CD8＋value and CD8＋value after treatment in the control group were slightly increased compared with before treatment,other indexes were decreased,the differences were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The total effective rate was 80.5%in the experimental group and 61.1%in the control group,the total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The adverse reaction rate was 24.6%in the experimental group,which was lower than 42.6%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The KPS score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Apllying Huangqi Taohong Decoction adjuvant chemotherapy can significantly increase the immune function in the patients with cervical,improves the clinical treatment effect and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
