摘要
已建水电站水轮发电机组技术改造的制约条件较为复杂,除了对设备运行状况及改造技术条件进行评估外,还应评估设备存续寿命与改造周期的协调、改造实施时段与发电调度的协调等。因此需要在长期设备运维管理、综合分析评价以及水轮机转轮关键部件改造验证基础上,以资产全寿命周期成本理念,清晰改造主线与关键,统筹规划,分步实施,有序推进,实现延长资产寿命,控制改造成本,有效降低后期运维成本,形成科学改造决策。
In the technical renovation of the hydro-turbine generator units in hydropower stations,not only should the operation status of the device and technical conditions of the renovation work be evaluated,but also the coordination of the remaining device life and the renovation period,and the coordination of the renovation construction and the power generation dispatching should be considered. Thus,based on the long-term device operation and maintenance management,comprehensive evaluation and verification of the renovation scheme for key parts of the turbine runner,the asset life cycle management concept should also be adopted in the renovation work. Therefore,an orderly organized renovation work can be carried out to achieve the targets such as the extension of the device life,controlling of the renovation cost,reduction of the latter operation and maintenance.
