摘要
浅析基于双模调度台的多机同组技术原理以及其成功运用案例,解决双机同组技术和软交换技术在电力调度通信应用中存在的问题,使电路交换系统的可靠性、话音质量、实时性、安全性得到了进一步完善和提高,并且较好地满足了电力调度通信的需要。
The technology of multi machines in one group based on the dual-mode dispatching panel and its application in the power dispatching communication are discussed. The new technology improves the reliability,voice quality,timeliness and security of the circuit switching system by solving the problems in the technology of dual machines in one group and the soft switching technique.
