摘要
抽蓄工程建设涉及面广、工程技术问题复杂,影响工程开挖工期的因素众多,主要因素分辨困难。针对此问题,利用基于距离函数的二项系数法与熵值法相结合的组合赋权法,将得到的组合权重值用于抽蓄工程开挖工期影响因素分析,评价影响因素的重要性。该方法避免了主观赋权法的主观随意性和客观赋权法的绝对客观性,弥补了一般组合赋权法的不足,使权重与其相对应的分配系数间的差异程度相一致,从而排除人为因素和数据奇异点的影响,判断各指标对工期的影响程度,并得到主要影响因素。针对影响抽蓄工程开挖工期的7个因素,分析了影响因素的排序,说明了本方法的有效性和适用性。
The construction of pumped storage projects usually involves a wide range of complex engineering and technical issues,in which numerous factors could affect the excavation construction duration and the main factors are difficult to identify. Thus,the combined weight method,in which the binomial coefficient method based on the distance function and the entropy method are combined,is adopted to calculate the combined weight values and then determine the major impact factors on the excavation duration. The method avoids the subjective arbitrariness of the subjective weight method and the absolute objectivity of the objective weight method. Also,it improves the general combined weight method that the generated weights are consistent with the differences between the corresponding distribution coefficients,and the interferences of artificial factors and abnormal data could be eliminated. A case study is then analyzed on seven factors influencing the excavation duration of pumped storage projects. The validity and applicability of the proposed method are illustrated.
