水布垭电厂汛期满发期间重要部件温度趋势分析

摘要 由于2016年汛期来水量大,持续时间长,使得水布垭电站水轮发电机组长期处于满负荷运行状态。而7~8月份环境温度也相对偏高,选取运行情况最为严峻的7月,对厂内各台机组重要部件温度变化情况进行统计分析。从运行监测数据看,机组各重要部件温度变化未超过正常范围,但有个别测点温度接近或达到报警温度,这些数据为后续机组安全运行积累了参考依据。 In the flood season of 2016,the incoming water of Shuibuya Hydropower Station is large and the duration is long. The generator units operated at their full capacities for a long time. Considering the relatively high environment temperatures in this period,the temperatures of important parts of the units are crucial. Thus,the temperature variations of important parts of the generator units in July are statically analyzed with the monitoring data. It shows that the temperature variations of all parts are within the normal range,while the temperatures of several measuring points are close to the alarming temperature. It could be useful reference for the safe operation of generator units.
