摘要
为明确集料的针片状颗粒含量及级配稳定性对沥青混合料高温性能的影响,进而为集料选择及性能评定提供参考,文章结合现有沥青混合料高温性能的研究状况,针对集料针片状颗粒含量、级配稳定性对沥青混合料高温稳定性的影响进行室内试验研究。研究表明:改善集料的颗粒形状、降低针片状颗粒的含量可以提高沥青混合料的高温抗剪切强度;集料级配稳定,沥青混合料矿料级配越接近设计级配,其高温车辙试验结果离散型越小。
In order to clarify the effect of needle-like particle content and gradation stability of aggregates on the high-temperature performance of asphalt mixture,and to further provide reference for aggregate selection and performance evaluation, combining with current research status of high-temperature performance of asphalt mixture, this article conducted the indoor experimental study on the effect of needle-like particle content and gradation stability of aggregates on high-temperature stability of asphalt mixture.The research showed that the improvement of aggregate particle shape and the re- duction of needle-like particle content can improve the high-temperature shear strength of asphalt mixture; when the aggregate gradation is stable and the mineral gradation of asphalt mixture is closer to the design gradation,the high-temperature rutting test results are less discrete.
