悬浇钢筋混凝土拱桥挂篮仿真分析

摘要 对于采用悬臂浇筑施工工艺修建的钢筋混凝土拱桥,采用挂篮施工可有效解决传统施工工艺中跨越山沟、不中断交通以及无预制场地等问题。文章以贵州木蓬特大桥为工程背景,利用有限元软件Midas/Civil对挂篮建立实体模型并进行仿真分析,探讨了挂篮设计的安全性,以期为采用悬臂浇筑施工工艺修建的钢筋混凝土拱桥及其挂篮设计提供一定的借鉴和参考。 For the reinforced concrete arch bridge constructed by cantilever pouring construction tech- nology,the construction of using the hanging basket can effectively solve the problems in traditional construction process such as crossing the ravines,without interrupting the traffic and no prefabrication sites.With Mupeng Bridge of Guizhou as engineering background, the finite element software Midas/ Civil was used to build the solid model of hanging basket and conduct the simulation analysis.Then this article discussed the safety of hanging basket design in order to provide the reference for the reinforced concrete arch bridge built by cantilever pouring construction technology and its hanging basket design.
