摘要
甘谷驿油田储层属于特低孔特低渗储层,油井投产及增产措施主要依靠压裂措施。压裂施工使用的压裂液体系以水基低温羟丙基瓜尔胶为主,占90%以上。近年来原油价格持续走低,降本增效成为各油田的主要任务,甘谷驿油田通过降低压裂液羟丙基瓜尔胶的加入浓度,在降低储层改造费用的同时,也降低了压裂液对储层的伤害,降低了水处理的难度。该体系将羟丙基瓜尔胶的使用浓度由0.35%降低到0.25%,保持压裂液的黏度大于140 m Pa·s。2013年至2016年四年时间压裂措施共计1 600井次,施工压裂平稳,砂比40%~45%,均顺利完成施工,且增产效果较好。
The reservoir of Ganguyi oilfield belongs to low porosity and extra-low permeabili-ty reservoir, and the measures for production and stimulation of oil wells mainly depend onfracturing. Most of the fracturing fluid system are water-based and low temperature hydrox-ypropyl guar gum, and the proportion is more than 90 %. In recent years, due to the pricesof crude oil continue to decline, reducing costs and increasing efficiency have become themain tasks of the oilfields. By reducing the concentration of hydroxypropyl guar gum in frac-turing fluid, Ganguyi oilfield not only reduces the cost of reservoir modification, but also re-duces the damage of fracture fluid to reservoir and the difficulty of water treatment. The con-centration of hydroxypropyl guar gum was reduced from 0.35 % to 0.25 %, and the viscosityof the fracturing fluid is more than 140 mPa's. From 2013 to 2016, the fracturing measuresare totaled 1 600 wells in four years, and the construction are stable. The sand ratio is about40 %-45 %, and the effect is good.
