摘要
试验采用正交试验设计筛选复方中草药涂膜剂的最佳制备工艺并进行质量评价。将中药材用适当的方法提取,以聚乙烯醇-124(PVA-124)为涂膜剂基质制成涂膜剂,以PVA-124、乙醇、甘油及聚丙烯酸钠的用量为正交因素,设计四因素三水平正交试验。以药膜的外观、成膜时间、膜拉长倍数、膜韧性及附着性等为指标,筛选出最佳制备工艺。
This experiment used orthogonal design to screen the best preparation process of traditional Chinesemedicine compound coating, and evaluated the quality. Taken appropriate method to extract traditional Chinese medi-cines, used polyvinyl alcohol-124(PVA-124) as matrix made film to make coating agent. The test used PVA-124,ethanol, glycerol and sodium polyacrylate dosage for the orthogonal design of four factors and three levels orthogonaltest. Experiment screened out the best preparation process by means of the film appearance, film-forming time, mem-brane stretched multiples, membrane toughness and adhesion as index.
