液-液萃取-气相色谱质谱法测定地表水中邻甲苯胺

Liquid-liquid extraction-gas chromatography mass spectrometry determination of o-toluidine in surface water

建立了液液萃取-气相色谱质谱法测定地表水中邻甲苯胺的检测方法。本方法采用二氯乙烷为萃取剂,以HP-5MS色谱柱进行分离,质谱检测器检测水中邻甲苯胺的含量。邻甲苯胺的方法检出限为0.02μg·L^(-1),加标回收率在90.6%~96.9%间,6次测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2%。本方法分离效果好,检出限低,精密度和准确度高,测定结果令人满意,可用于地表水中邻甲苯胺的分析。

Liquid-liquid extraction-gas chromatography mass spectrometry is established to determination of o-toluidine in surface water.This method uses the dichloroethane as the extractant,HP-5 ms chromatographic column separation,mass spectrometry detector to detect the water content of o-toluidine.O-toluidine method detection limit is 0.02μg·L^（-1）,standard addition recovery is between 90.6% ~96.9%,six times the determination results,the relative standard deviation less than 2%.This method is good separation effect,low detection limit,high preci-sion and accuracy,and the determination results satisfactory,can be used in the analysis of o-toluidine in surface water.
